Shipping and Return Policies
To process returns or exchanges, please download the returns form.
Store Return Policy
- Coast Line offers returns or exchanges on all items listed in the store. You may either receive credit to your credit card (Or other applicable payment method.), or exchange your item for something else. Simply repackage the item you recieved in the box it came in, fill out the returns form (Download form here.), and send the item back to Coast Line!
Shipping and Handling
- We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers should know that they are responsible for all return delivery charges.
- Coastline is NOT responsible for any customs/duties/brokerage charges on international shipments
Clothing
- All clothing items should be unused/unworn, damage free, and in any original packaging
- Clothing must be unwashed, clean, and free of stains or any other imperfections
- The first time you wear (other then trying the piece on) or wash the item, you forfeit your right to return it
Shoes
- Shoes that you plan on returning must be CLEAN. Any signs of dirt or wear will not be accepted
- Try shoes on somewhere clean (Inside would be a good place!), if they don't fit take them off and repackage them immediately
- Please ship the shoes back to us in the box we sent them out in!
- The first time you wear shoes for something other than trying them on you forfeit your right to return them
Skate Decks and Hardware
- All decks being returned must be unbuilt (Do NOT put hardware on decks unless you're sure you want it!)
- Once a deck has been assembled, it or its parts cannot be returned or exchanged
- We will not replace broken decks
